How NBFCs raise money

[Introduction] NoteBook FanControl (NBFC)

I would be glad if someone can help me.

I have an Acer TravelMate 8172T here (11.6 inches, Inte Core i3-330UM, Bj 2010, Win 8.1 x64 with all drivers).
To fall asleep, I always play a TV program quietly and the fan is quite annoying because it turns up quite early (at 44 degrees!).

So I sat down to find out the registers for fan control. But when I let the ec-probe monitor log and start Prime, the fan turns up and the core temps rise to around 56 degrees, but no value changes at all other than that it matches the fan control in terms of time. All of the configs that already exist in the program do not even begin to work, I even tested that.

In addition, I always have the problem that the error message "Could not acquire EC lock" appears when I dump or similar. I don't see a pattern, sometimes it works (also several times in a row), and sometimes it doesn't. Take out a reboot including battery and Powerswitch 30 sec. Holding down isn't always helpful - sometimes it works again for a while, sometimes it doesn't. This error also occurs as an admin.

Is my laptop just out of control? Are there laptops where the fan control runs on completely different components than the embedded controller?
