The resulting look is supposed to be like a smile, although if I'm honest it doesn't look like one at all! I still think it's great.

Adding red beans to popsicles may sound strange, but it's very common in China and other Asian countries.

I love the chewy and chunky texture they add to the sleek popsicle.
