Does this make alcohol-free alternatives healthier?
In most cases, it is worthwhile to take an alternative when it comes to calorie content. Because of the sugar it contains, you shouldn't go overboard here either. They are definitely suitable for an enjoyable evening without alcohol. However, alcohol-free drinks - similar to soft drinks or lemonades - should not be consumed on a daily basis.
Is there really no alcohol in non-alcoholic beer?
One might think that, of course, non-alcoholic beverages should not contain any alcohol at all. Here, however, it is important to look at the exact designation. "Alcohol-free" does not necessarily mean completely free of alcohol. Beverages and grocerieswith an alcohol content of up to 0.5%, the label "alcohol-free" wear. Definitely without alcohol are only drinks or food with the inscription "without alcohol"or "0,0 %".
Can pregnant women drink non-alcoholic sparkling wine?
Similar to non-alcoholic beer, non-alcoholic sparkling wine is legally allowed up to 0.5% alcohol contain. Most varieties, however, contain a maximum of 0.3% alcohol. Such amounts can be after a glass of sparkling wine, however not detected in the blood , which is why they are probably harmless. However, to be on the safe side and to calm your conscience, you should resort to another drink if you are pregnant.
